Excellent for Longer stays
Our two bedroom apartment located in the Athens district of Nea Halkidona is perfect for a group four people wanting to escape the high cost of hotels while enjoying the conveniences of a home. The apartment building has five stories with one apartment per floor. It was constructed in 2003 and remains new and fresh. Our ninety square meter (1000 square foot), fifth floor, air conditioned, apartment with elevator has two bedrooms providing sleeping for up to four, one full bathroom, one half-bathroom, living and dining room combination with fireplace, and an open plan kitchen.
A playpen is available if you have an infant traveling with you. Assigned parking is available if you have a car. A clothes washing machine is included in the rental should you want to travel light. Unlike most buildings in Greece, our apartment is wheel chair accessible allowing easy access from the parking area to the interior of the apartment. The apartment’s interior is all one level. Sleeping for four is provided in two bedrooms.

Access to Athens and all it has to offer is at your beckoning. Bust stops and subway stations are in the close by. One of Athens finest mega supermarkets is just around the corner. Other stores, restaurants, and shopping areas are short walks from the apartment. Downtown Athens with its museums, sites of antiquity, and shopping is six kilometers (four miles) by car, bus, or subway. The fastest, but not the shortest, route to the airport is 35 kilometers (22 miles) with all but four city blocks on controlled access highways.
Access to the National Highway system of Greece is easy. The nearest exchange to enter the National Highway is only four city blocks distant from the apartment. Day excursions to Delphi, Corinth, Epidavos, Mycenae, Cape Sounion, Marathon, and other historical sites of antiquity make delightful trips and are simple to do.
Maximum occupancy is four people including children and infants. Rates are for a stay of seven nights or longer. A 33% discount is available for stays of 18 nights or longer during the peak rental season (May through September).
