The apartment is 150 sq. meters (1650 sq. feet) with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, reading nook, and bathroom. The guest room has a queen bed. The third room contains a small bed ideal for a single person or two young children. The living room contains a flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, food processor, etc. The apartment comes with twice weekly house help. The housekeeper is very happy to cook and clean for you. Plus, she has some English and is quite good at guessing what you want/need despite language constraints.

Beijing is an extremely dynamic city. The apartment is located on a large compound across from popular Chao Yang Park. Direct access to the park is assisted by a foot bridge connecting the apartment compound and the park. The door to the apartment building is guarded around the clock by kind, friendly guards. All the apartment towers are located on a lush, green, several acre area with a large duck pond in the center. The compound is ideal for children as there is a large pirate playground and lots of space to run around. There are many paved footpaths through gardens for leisurely strolls. A grocery store is on the compound and ideal for essentials.
