We have just moved to a very centrally located apartment in Beijing. It is 300 square meters, 5 bedrooms, adjacent to the well known RITAN Park. It is quiet and relaxing and very safe for children. There is a playground. The apartment is entirely new inside with nice decoration.
You enter in a very bright and large living room (35m2) with a veranda, facing South.

one rooftop garden for BBQ and little pool for kids (very safe roof top).
Each room has a wonderful open view (with park view, rare in Beijing).

Le quartier
We are by the RITAN park north gate. The area is great for walking around, just by the embassy district and silk market. No need to use a taxi for shopping or sightseeing! 3 stops away from Tian an men. We are 5 mn drive from 2 great outdoor swimming pool, including one with slides where we love to take the kids in the summer. In the winter there are also nearby spa/swimming pools and sauna.
Our residence is extremely pleasant and suitable for families.

Beijing is a great place for sight seeing (summer palace, lama temple, temple of heaven, dirt market - very traditional, you can buy great wood furniture's there) . Beijing is also an extremely safe place to travel.
